Our client located in the City of Hobsons Bay has an incredible wealth of knowledge of the Real Estate industry - now looking for a superstar Property Manager to join their vibrant team!

You will be responsible for:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties
Managing rental arrears
Liaising with Renters and Rental Providers
Arrange property maintenance

Our incredible client gives their staff the ability to have flexibility, allowing working from home up to 3 days a week, no Saturdays and an incredible and supportive team environment with salary up to $85k + Super depending on experience!

About you:

Display a strong work ethic and reliability
Have previous experience in managing a portfolio
Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
