PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM LEADER - SALARY TO $100K+
You will lead a team of Property Managers to deliver service excellence, with portfolio's located across both Melbourne's Inner CBD, St Kilda, Southbank and surroundings.
This role will suit someone who is currently working as a senior property manager or team leader role ready to truly take the reins and demonstrate your solid leaderships skills, including process management and implementation. This will see you contribute to the development, reputation and integrity of the company all with the support of the CEO and Operations Manager.
We are seeking someone who can display a nurturing, knowledgable, personable, friendly personality with a lead by example approach and someone that would be a good role model and inspiring to the department.
The role: - Drive, develop and lead the Property Management team to operational excellence
- Develop a committed team culture with great staff retention
- Embed- change or update best practice systems and processes
- Produce excellent measurable results - vacancy rates, portfolio growth, arrears, property let times and client feedback
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values and demographics to produce informed property analysis, budgets and values for clients and to assist with property values for leasing with the Sales Department when required.
- Contribute to an enthusiastic and successful team environment focused on thinking "outside the box" delivering an open and savvy approach to client delivery
- Establish strong and sustainable business relationships and working relationships with the sales department to maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Uphold the health, safety and wellbeing of you, your team and others involved in the operations
- Recruitment of staff as required
- Training of staff as required
- Implementation of performance reviews
- Managing KPI’s for the team and the business
- Take ownership of current processes and change and adapt these where required.
- Manage a portfolio of Properties of properties to ensure a continued strong understanding of the relevant legislation, development of best PM processes and consistent review of internal systems based on your experience.
- Motivate and drive the team toward the vision of continued growth, whilst providing a supportive environment in which the team can flourish.
- When required, leasing of properties in occasion
- You will take ownership of the department’s day to day operations along with the continued development of a range of PM initiatives and processes to ensure the PM arm of the business remains a respected business and improves in delivering excellent customer service

About you: - Extensive experience in a Property Management position (Preferably Min 3-5 years)
- Experience in a similar position highly desirable
- Team Leader/Head of Department experience
- Reliable car and drivers licence
