THE ROLE: This is a brand new opportunity that is for someone hungry, highly driven, energetic and client service focused with a solid understanding of the property and finance industry.
Working alongside the managing director, your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Maintaining the Directors' appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings.
Provide timely, effective, high quality PA and administrative support services
Working closely with mortgage lenders, conveyancers and internal stakeholders
Manage and track all investment properties and deposit receipts
Maintain and update Contacts, Calendar etc
Communicate and nurture investors and ensure smooth transition process
Preparing and sending calculations
Follow up all email and phone correspondence and action accordingly
Maintaining office presentation and requirements
Planning and managing events including invitations, RSVP and EDM’s.
Ad hoc support to the wider team
Prepare minutes of staff weekly meetings
Manage all google reviews
Correspond with internal staff with weekly tracker
Answering phone calls, taking messages and assist with enquiries
Manage all incoming and outgoing emails on behalf of director
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on updates and progress with investors
All Personal Assistant duties as requested
Ideally someone with a background in real estate or finance and a solid understanding of the real estate transactions and investing in property.
Advanced computer skills and familiar with MS Office, Adobe, GSuite, Dropbox etc.
Understanding of social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram etc.
A confident communicator with the understanding of the importance of making positive and trusting client relationships
An Energetic Team player with the ability to work well under pressure and in a very fast paced environment
