OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have an energetic attitude with the ability to multi-task, able to follow processes and to adapt procedures as required to keep everything running smoothly. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite and exceptionally IT Savvy – the ability to quickly pick up different programs, and to troubleshoot basic IT problems will be essential. Previous Real Estate reception/administration experience is preferred but not essential.
Onboarding new staff
IT set up on Real Estate platforms as well as basic ongoing IT support.
Working alongside our third-party IT Department.
Coordinate external trades and services when applicable.
Reviewing and approving invoices
Keeping the 4 offices running smoothly
Occasionally assisting the CEO and director with PA duties.
Skills and experience:
Ability to multitask
Prioritise tasks based off importance.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Above average computer skills
Outstanding customer service
High attention to detail
