LEASING/ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY!

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be working closely with the Senior Property Manager assisting with the day to day tasks of running a portfolio. With training provided, these task include the following:

Conducting Open for Inspections
Entry and Exit Reports
Processing applications and conducting reference checks
Maintenance
Bond management
Routine Inspections

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

A current Certificate in Real Estate (Agents Representative Certificate) is a mandatory requirement and minimum requirement for this role.
Current Police Check prior to employment commencement
Reliable Car and Drivers License
