Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager in

Our Client:
Our client is a successful, high performing agency in the City of Knox, looking for a Leasing Consultant/Assistant Property Manager to help them grow. Looking for someone that takes pride in themselves and their work, you will work alongside the Property Management Department, with training and growth opportunities provided by their fantastic Director.

The Role:

Conduct all open for inspections in a professional and diligent manner
Process all tenant applications and complete background checks
Organise key collections
Entries and exit reports
Communicate in an efficient and professional manner with both renters and rental providers
Handling any complaints and working through a resolution
Assist the property management team with routine inspections

To be successful:

Current Agent Rep Certificate essential
Energetic personality with high initiative
Valid drivers licence and reliable car
Client focused and positive attitude
Fantastic team player
Strong communication & administrative skills
Interpersonal and customer focussed
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Solid team player
