The Role: 
Using your exceptional people skills, the core focus of your role is to grow the property management department and will include 

• Leasing of both existing and new rental properties
• Finding a match for both Property owner & Tenants
• Maintain and grow database of potential clients 
• Promoting property management services 
• Presenting to potential and existing landlords 

Ideal Person: 
A friendly and hungry personality with a desire to really drive the sales within rentals is a MUST. You may be someone with a proven successful background in real estate, sales, business development or leasing.

• Strong knowledge of the Melbourne Metropolitan area (North & West Preferred)
• A proven track record of success in Real Estate Leasing or Sales 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional & Corporate Presentation
• Current VIC Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License 
• Current Driver’s License and reliable car
