Junior Property Manager in

Work in Melbourne's beautiful North Western suburbs, with one of the area's most prestigious Real Estate agencies. They are on the hunt for a ‘GUN’ of a property manager to join their already highly successful team.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN THE ROLE?

This role will cover all duties and responsibilities involved with managing and leasing residential properties across the North Western Suburbs
This Property Management positions duties would include:

Building relationships with Rental providers and renters
Keep on top of Tenancy applications - HOT MARKET!
Learn all there is to arrears management
Organising maintenance requests
Open gorgeous properties to prospective tenants and conduct routine inspections and condition reports when necessary

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We would love someone with at least 6 months Property Management experience who have their Agents Representative Certificate, valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle. We need a strong and clear communicator for this role, along with amazing attention to detail, and strong personal presentation. We want someone who takes a lot of pride in their work and understands the importance of impeccable customer service!
