Junior Property Manager in

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER OR PROPERTY MANAGER - SALARY TO $70K+

Working with this BRAND NEW agency in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs, this agency is on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Property Manager or Junior Property Manager to join their team, working underneath a strong and experienced Head of Department that will provide you with all the support and ongoing training to get your property management career where it needs to be.

As the Property Manager for this outstanding team, your duties will include:

Managing a tidy portfolio of approx. 160 properties
End to end management of a portfolio
Conducting Entry and Exit reports (routines once instructed)
Advertising properties for lease, scheduling and attending OFI's
Processing applications and signing up new tenants
Liaising with landlords, tenants, trades and OC
Market reviews, rent increases and lease renewals
Actioning maintenance and following through to completion
Managing rental arrears
