Junior Property Manager in

Our Client:

Our client is a high performing agency in the City of Knox, looking for a Property Manager to help them grow. With endless opportunities for new business, you will work alongside the Property Management Department, with training and growth opportunities provided by their fantastic Director.

The Role:

Managing a small portfolio of properties
Phone & iPad provided
Administration support
Actioning maintenance through to completion
Lease renewals and rent reviews
Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades
General Administrative duties
Advertising properties for lease, scheduling and holding OFI's
Assisting the Property Managers with general duties and leasing
Providing strong customer service to clients
Day off in lieu for working Saturdays

About You:

Current Agent Rep Certificate essential
Valid drivers licence and reliable car
Client focused and positive attitude
Fantastic team player
Quick learner
Drive to progress within the industry and become a full PM
