HR Coordinator / Real Estate
(Maternity Contract - 25hours per week)
We are currently seeking a Recruitment / HR Coordinator for a 6-12 month contract role to join this project marketing agency and working alongside the operations team. Based in the heart of the CBD, this role will see you challenged while you develop and grow your existing human resources skills.
A premium agency that provides both off the plan and project management services. They are passionate and dedicated and vastly expanding due to their service and reputation.
Working on a Part Time basis,
3 days per week your role will be providing Recruitment and HR support for the company.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with relevant internal recruitment and/or experience working closely as a HR Generalist.
The Role: - First point of contact for employee enquiries
- Generating employment agreements, variations and accompanying documents
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Generalist HR advice and administration
- Rewards and Recognition administration
- Learning & Development
- Employee Safety & Welfare management
- Co-ordinatation of staff events
Skills/Experience
- Relevant experience in Human Resources and Recruitment (Preferably in Real Estate)
- A professional approach to providing advice and assistance to all employees
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels
- Ability to develop strong working relationships
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry would be an advantageous
