Experienced Sales Consultant

This role is fit for an experienced and driven sales person who takes the BULL by the horns, has a passion for smashing targets, has proven solid KPIs and real estate sales experience.

Role Description:

List and sell properties underneath your Director AND on your own
Prospecting for leads and converting leads to appointments and appraisals
Conducting market reviews and creating appraisal kits
Arrange any repairs or maintenance before photography and advertisement
Liaise directly with vendors, purchasers, photographers, team etc
Strong marketing and admin responsibilities
Write, submit and negotiate offers
Run Sales campaign end to end
Provide access to property for photographers and purchasers as required
Ensure lead agent is updated on any communications/developments
Educate buyer clients and ensure pre-qualifications achieved
Conduct OFI's and attend Weekend Auctions
Schedule private inspections as required
Provide buyer clients pricing information and market research.

To be successful you will:

Must have a current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate
Must have a driver's license and reliable car
Immaculately presented and well groomed
Be at team player
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and a positive can do attitude
Must be mature minded and able to perform under pressure with a smile!
Must have exceptional organisational & time management skills.
Must be switched on & fast paced
