If you are a vibrant, reliable and hardworking Property Manager wanting to join an amazing team, we have the perfect opportunity with an incredible client located in Bayside!Join an agency where you are able to grow and constantly learn all there is to know about the industry while working alongside an incredible and successful team. Your responsibilities in this role would consist of managing a portfolio across the Bayside while liaising with Renters, Rental Providers and trades, conduct entry and exit reports and use of Property Tree.

About you:

Preferably Property Management experience
Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to problem solve, mediate and negotiate
Professional, punctual & reliable
