Experienced Commercial Property Manager

Very few openings occur in this office with long standing staff, and a true leader that invests in his staff...This agency is without a doubt an agency every employee would want in a company. We are excited to be on the hunt for a Commercial Property Manager who ideally has a minimum of 2+ years experience and is competent in managing a commercial portfolio end to end.

The Role:

End to end management of a mixed 100 property portfolio (shops & warehouses)
Portfolio based around Airport West/Tullamarine
Management of new and existing client relationships
Preparation of detailed asset plans
Rental appraisals
Repairs and maintenance
Budgeting and reporting
Managing asset risk and compliance
Contract management
Leasing renewals, options, increases and negotiations throughout these processes
Tenant liaison

About You:

At least 2 years + experience managing a Commercial Portfolio
Agents Representative or Full Licence essential
Hard working and customer focused attitude
Ability to negotiate, problem solve and complaint handling
Reliable car and valid drivers licence
