As the Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include:

Managing a portfolio of approximately 200-250 in line with the Estate Agents Act, Retail Leases Act and any other Act that applies.
Liaise with the general public, potential Vendors, Tradespeople, Team Members, Business Directors, Sales and Leasing Consultants.
Conduct inspections including final inspections and inspections regarding maintenance issues
Issue Disclosure Statements
Ensure rent and outgoings and paid when due
Monitor and follow up on arrears
Issue notices in relation to Rent Reviews, Arrears, Notices of Default and facilitating possible lock-outs
Attend to maintenance in a timely manner and inspect the work of tradesman on a regular basis
Manage client files
Insurance renewals for properties
Conduct rent reviews 3 months prior to the current month
Build and grow your portfolio
Attend weekly meetings and training sessions

About you

Ideally 6-12 months min experience in Commercial Property Management
Have the ability to work in a timely manner and meet deadlines
Maintain strong relationships and have a strong attention to detail
Be a strong team player and work well with team members
Display a consistent positive and can do attitude
Have the ability to take full responsibility and resolve complaints
Diligent work ethic following Company systems & processes

Qualifications

Have relevant certificates/qualifications i.e Certificate IV in Property Services,
Have a sound knowledge of the Estate Agent’s Act and the Retail Leases Act
A full Real Estate Licence would be considered advantageous for this position
Certificate / Estate Agent’s Licence and Driver’s Licence
A reliable car is also essential to perform this role
