About the Company Our client is a property consultancy firm located in Essendon. With a group of divisions and an elite team of specialised finance and property advisors that is dedicated to delivering expert advice, and financial services to create, build on wealth and work with each client to gain financial freedom.
The Opportunity This is a newly created role that will see you a part of each division of the business working closely with the finance team. You will be required to work as part of a team, take ownership of your role and be exceptionally well organised, motivated and passionate about providing exceptional client service. Reporting to the department head of loan processing, your primary responsibilities will include:
Data entry of client information into CRM
Preparation of standard customer correspondence (e.g. formal approval letters, Credit Guides, Credit Proposal, Credit Quote)
Order valuations, title searches, company searches, manual credit checks
Issuance of standard client emails
Action loan documentation and complete compliance checks
Back office functions (e.g. ordering property valuations, pricing reviews)
Preparation of FileInvite invitations for RFI & applications
Liaise with various stakeholders (internal / external) to ensure seamless end to end loan processing
Tracking sold properties to investors via CRM and right through from loan approval, deposits paid- settlement and construction.
General administrative tasks as requested from the director.
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role (industry experience will be highly regarded)
IT Tech Savvy with the ability to navigate around multiple CRM systems
Professional and polished at all times in demeanour, appearance, telephone and interpersonal manner
High attention to detail and personal accountability
Positive, friendly personality, mature attitude with a desire to learn with a growth mindset
Work very well under high pressure
Solid understanding of the Financial Planning process, including processing of loan applications.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
Concise written and verbal communication/presentation skills with attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and dedicated
Ability to work within a small team and autonomously
