LEASING/ADMIN HOST | SATURDAYS

Elite agency offering fantastic career opportunities for those interested in shaping their real estate career path in the Moonee Valley area as the agency’s Saturday Leasing Consultant.

The Role
As a Saturday Leasing Host you will be working in a large, stylish and relatively busy office located near Essendon. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Property Management team with all Open for Inspections for prospective tenants. Ensuring the properties open are presentable, and responding to basic tenant queries in person.
Additionally you will provide advice to those seeking to apply and provide a background report at the end of the day to the team of applicants that attended the property. It is imperative to have great customer service skills, vibrant and easy-going personality as this role involves strong communication, time management and judgement skills.
This is an entry level role with an opportunity to either build a long term career as a Property Manager or for someone that is currently studying and looking for extra work. As is the industry standard, you will be working every Saturday with times that could see you working between 4-6 hours + .

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Great presentation & enthusiasm
Customer focused skills & emotional intelligence
6-12 month's industry experience in Property, Real Estate, Construction industry would be an advantage but isn't essential
Computer skills - Microsoft office, typing skills, ability to learn a new CRM
Intention to build a career in the lucrative Property/Real Estate sector
Ability to work every Saturday
Excellent and confident verbal communication skills
