We are currently working with 2 roles for this office - Located in the CBD and City of Monash

The Role

• Liaising daily with current and potential clients 
• Prospecting for new clients and properties
• Conducting appraisals and market reports
• Arranging Listing appointments
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Delivering high quality presentations, converting into new business agreements
• Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships
• Have an in-depth knowledge of local area with the ability to educate clients
• Prepare property reports
• Drafting and reviewing authorities and contracts
• Salary negotiable depending on experience
• Prepare PM's with relevant information 
• General administrative duties 
• Negotiate fees and services to agency standards

 
About You:

• 1+ years of BDM experience
• Current Agent Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
• Reliable Car and valid Drivers licence 
• Strong drive to succeed and grow in your career 
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Focus on providing the highest level of customer service
