Our client is a high performing agency in the City of Knox, looking for a Business Development Executive. With endless opportunities for new business, you will work alongside the Property Management Department.

WHO WE NEED!

YOU! An energetic and results driven individual who is passionate about property. You will have a background in Property Management or currently working as a BDM and wanting to take your career to the next level within a dynamic team

THE ROLE!

SALARY to $100K Pkg incl Comms
Prospecting for new properties and clients
Conducting appraisals and market reports
Arranging Listing appointments
Developing growth strategies and plans
Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships
Have an in-depth knowledge of local area
Drafting and reviewing authorities and contracts
Programs include H1, Agentbox, Property Tree, IRE
Salary negotiable depending on experience

ABOUT YOU!

2-3+ years of BDM experience
Current Agent Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
Reliable Car and valid Drivers licence
Strong drive to succeed and grow in your career
Positive, can-do attitude
Focus on providing the highest level of customer service
