Assistant Property Manager! Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and 1 in 5 Saturday's (opportunity to work 1-2 days from home)

Our client, located in the heart of Southbank is currently on the hunt for an Assistant Property Manager SUPERSTAR with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a friendly smile to join an Award winning Docklands office!

Our next superstar will need to demonstrate the following:

Have high organisational skills and proven ability to use initiative
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Problem solving strategies
Ability to work in a team and autonomously

Superstar’s Duties:

To assist with the professional management of properties on the rent roll, as directed by the Property Manager.
Conducting Condition Reports, Routine Inspections, open for inspections (Properties all within walking distance from office)
Potential of managing a small portfolio

Essential:

Current VIC Real Estate Certificate
Police Check
Drivers License and reliable car
Min 6-12 months experience
