Conduct routine inspections
Conduct lease renewals
Manage a small portfolio of 20 properties
Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday
Use of Trello, Property Me, Inspection Express
We are looking for someone with at least a small amount of industry experience, with an eager and motivated mindset. Someone who is passionate and wants to learn and grow within their career with a positive and can do attitude.
You will need:
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Current Agents Representative Certificate
Extraordinary customer service skills
Great communication and organisational skills
