SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER $90,000 PACKAGE

Working in a fun and dynamic team, we are seeking a client-focused Senior Property Manager with the right attitude, motivation and skills to become apart of this growing team.

The role:

Monday to Friday ONLY
Managing a residential portfolio of approx.180 properties
Have support from Admin and Leasing team
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Maintenance, arrears, leasing
Conducting entry/exit reports
Using Property Me
$90,000 PACKAGE

About you:

At least 2-3 years experience in Property Management
Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Current drivers licence and reliable car
A strong desire to progress your career
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
High attention to detail
