Gemma has worked within the management consulting, construction and private sector industries. Gemma has over 10 years of HR experience and is skilled in on-boarding, employee relations, performance development, HR compliance and best practices, learning and development, project management and policy and procedure development. As a HR Generalist, Gemma provides a wide range of HR related support to clients across a diverse range of industries. 

As someone who is highly experienced in all aspects of strategic and operational HR management. Her experience includes strategic leadership of:

- Workplace culture, health & wellbeing strategies and projects, workforce development and performance management strategies

- IR/ ER matters, including Enterprise Agreements, workplace investigations, unfair dismissal claims, workplace grievances and policy development
