This long standing office has been operating across the bayside for over 45 years and apart of a passionate network, This office is surrounded by amazing cafes, are in pursuit of an experienced and energetic Property Manager to join their team.

As an experienced Property Manager, you will be working alongside a supportive team, whilst managing a residential portfolio across the ST KILDA, ELWOOD & SURROUNDING suburbs.

To be successful, we are seeking someone with the following skills:

Ideally 1-2 experience managing all aspects of a portfolio
Team player with a Can Do Attitude!
Strong communication both written and oral
Positive attitude and team player

Additional measures taken during COVID-19

Closure of office and By Appointment only
Private one-on-one inspections only for available properties
Routine inspections have been put on hold until further notice
